There were easy draws for Arsenal and Manchester United who face Brentford and Derby County respectively. Meanwhile, early season high fliers Tottenham and Watford lock horns with each other.
However, as Spurs were drawn as the home team and their new stadium and Wembley are unavailable for use, the club has applied for special dispensation to play the game at Stadium MK, home of the MK Dons.

Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu Sunday confirmed that he will soon be visiting Lagos in his current tour of various states in the country. In addition, Kanu who spoke to some IPOB members who beseeched his Umuahia home also revealed that he will also be in Kaduna State after Lagos, stressing that nobody can intimidate him. According to the IPOB leader, he does the things that anyone thinks is impossible for him to do.
